Cedric is a much better mechanic than I am. I thought for sure that with the louder sound of the compressor when it was running, as well as the steadily rising internal temperatures, that the compressor was failing; bad valves and/or bearings. Not So. It was the start relay. 500 bucks for a 20 dollar relay seems exorbitant, but Cedric has no control over pricing. He DID save me the cost of a replacement refrigerator, so, in that respect, 500 bucks is a Good Deal. Two trips and travel time, then, may be justified. Thank YOU, Cedric~!~!~!~

Jim came out and fixed my washer like a true professional…the 5 stars are for him, the 13 hour schedule window was absolutely brutal, due to the fact that my address was the last one on the list and I waited all day for him to show.
