Cedric called early in the morning and stated what time he would arrived, which he did on time. Explain the charges and any possible that he could identify before he started to work. He quickly found the issue with the refrigerator and corrected it. Cleaned up the after the repair. This was a very good experience and will have Sears for all my appliance repairs in the future, and hope it will be Cedric.

We were able to schedule a Sears technician, Jim to come to fix the dryer within a couple of days. Jim was punctual and considerate by putting on his inside booties before going into our home. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem after vacuuming thoroughly the dryer. We were lucky that the parts were in his work van. Thank you Jim for quickly responding and fixing the problem.
