The repair person was great. I didn't like talking to Samantha the AI. After about 10 minutes I asked for an actual person and she have .e the run around over and over again. Hated that experience.

Air has been struggling,no problem was found. I find that difficult to believe but so far an hour later seems fine. 3 hours late.He does a good job explaining.
