I appreciate that this service person was honest! A unbalanced load caused the problem. He explained this to me and checked for error messages. He explained that our washer was fine. He was cheerful and kind.

He was efficient timely. He did not use the parts that we had to wait a week for so I kept them the parts that's was received the next day you could have repaired itin 3 days ...Wednesday in lieu of a 8 day wait.
