The technician was great. He quickly identified the issues and repaired them. He was friendly, courteous and helpful. He also pointed out another issue related to my water line that needs attention. I’d recommend Jack as a technician for any of my future needs

Our service was very good. He arrived at the scheduled time and was very kind and courteous.He checked out our microwave thoroughly but unfortunately it has to b replaced. we have had it for several years,so time to replace it.

I would highly recommend our tech, Jeff. We had 3 repair companies out before him & he was the most knowledgeable, honest & friendly. If we have future problems with the fridge (hopefully not), we’ll definitely be asking for Jeff. Thanks! In regards to getting a live customer service rep, that could be improved. I tried to update the main phone # on file that the appliance insurance company submitted but couldn’t get through the endless loop of the automated system.
