The service when it finally took place was great. However, Sears Home Services customer service was beyond horrible. I had missed appointments, recordings in place of actual people to address concerns/questions and representatives who were difficult to understand and to express my concerns.

Jeff was awesome! Very professional and informative. Was able to fix mechanism without having to order new parts. I can’t rate him high enough! Thank you!

My repair tech was friendly and knowledgeable, and was immediately able to diagnose the issue with our oven and fixed it right away.

Steven T was thorough and explained the process and diagnosis. The problem was a damaged motherboard inside the furnace. He replaced it with a new one and the system was back up and running.
