Was very efficient. Only downsize was $300 labor cost for half hour work. That's has nothing against service rep.

Tech was nice and informative but your process of making appointments and canceling them through AI is terrible. Had Scheduled 2 appts for them to be canceled so took off 2 days from work for no one to come. And the unfortunate part was when tech did come on the 3rd try part was too expensive to even replace. So took off 3 days. To pay $129 for nothing to get fixed. Was very frustrating.

Mohammed was polite and a nice tech. But I feel he is overwhelmed with appointments and rushed. He had to come back 3 times to fix the fridge and ice machine when if he would have listened to me and looked at all of the issues it would have saved me money and him time.
