I was very disappointed in my service this time. He did fix the light issue and ordered the drawer replacement but did nothing of a maintenance check. did not check the coils on the bottom or look over any of the ice maker or clean anything

The technician came out three different times. Ordered parts and only replaced the seal on the dishwasher. The dishwasher is still getting the AE code. Ordered a second part, instead of changing out the old part they told me to try changing the pods we are using and took the new part. Going to get new pods today and run the dishwasher to see if the code comes back. Stay tuned!

First I had an appointment a week ago that had gotten changed to 12 days later only to come to my home at 9:45pm. That’s right!!!!

I am not even informed what is happened at service. He didn't even do any repair. I have been calling him for more details to know but not picked call or no call back.

Came , rang the doorbell once and left , then put in his notes that he closed the job. Call and have him returned, this time he came ordered parts n promised to return. Never came back until we had to call again. This lackadaisical man had the audacity to tell my wife , he can't recall after HE ordered the parts for repairs and left the job wide open. This man went again and closed the job saying it was complete . Mad as hell.

Just don’t send Steven T, the technician, anywhere near my house again. He totally blew me off and kinda made it clear they’re in charge, no matter what. Plus, since he was sent by the warranty company, he said he wasn’t getting paid by me and just left without fixing my AC.

The Sears AI scheduler creates friction for customers. It’s difficult to reach a real person, responses feel repetitive and generic, and appointment times keep shifting hour by hour. The scheduling also appears automated without actual availability, which undermines trust.

If I could give that guy a ZERO , I most definitely would! He shows up and as I’m watching him for almost 10 minutes out of my front door, sitting in his van with his phone in his hand. I finally stepped outside and stepped in my yard so he could see me and was waiting him for to get out of the van. I have been waiting patiently since my air conditioner, froze up a few nights ago. After a few minutes of me standing outside, he gets out of his van and very casually gets things out of the back of his van, and starts to walk up the sidewalk and he greeted me by asking me if I was guarding my flags?! Then as he walked 3/4 of the way up the sidewalk, he says to me, let’s get one thing straight, I’m not here for you, I’m not here for your home warranty, I work for Sears. And I replied with I wouldn’t have chosen Sears to begin with and he says I don’t need this, turns around walks back down the sidewalk, puts his stuff back in the van and leaves. That was the absolute rudest person I’ve ever met. He was here for my air conditioner and now I’m left waiting AGAIN!!

I give Cesar, the technician 10 stars. Sears would get zero if I could. Besides paying a monthly fee for a service agreement they charged another $100 for a return trip. Cesar was here a few weeks ago to do a yearly inspection. He told me then it needed a little bit of Freon. However, he could not put any in at the time because he was only doing an inspection and to get Freon would require another visit. When trying to schedule with Ai we were told they could not schedule at the time because there were no openings, but if one came up they would call. After roughly a week my wife called again and requested a live person because the Ai had no record of our call or our phone numbers. The live person scheduled the call and today Cesar returned and put a little Freon in. Why this could not have been done during the first trip is beyond me. You would think with the price of gas being what it is Sears would try to schedule work like this to be done when the tech is onsite the first time. That’s the way the “old” Sears used to work. Had they done that they couldn’t have squeezed another $100 out of me. I would never recommend using Sears for anything. Our contract is about up and guess what I’m not going to do!
