Courteous, knowledgeable, and proficient. He is a shining light within an American Home Shield system that is absolutely terrible. Save your money and don't go with American Home Shield. They system of dealing with a problem is extremely slow. Requests to speak with a supervisor, to answer a question the customer service representative can't answer, go unanswered. I never received a call back from a supervisor in three attempts with messages left.

Cesar, the service tech., did a good job. Sears service is a joke! Cesar did an inspection of our central air conditioning. He said it was in good condition but could use a little Freon. Now for the joke! Cesar could not put a little Freon in because it would be a repair and he was only here to do an inspection. He said we need to call Sears to schedule a repair. My wife called and spoke with the Ai agent and was told there are no current openings. We were put on a list that if an opening comes up they will let us know. I would never recommend Sears to anyone! This is not the Sears we used to know. That Sears went out of business a few years ago. I pity Cesar for having to be the front man for such a ridiculous company as this is.

He was very good and very accommodating being that I work from home and had to run back-and-forth to a meeting. He quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repairs and was very pleasant.
