The tech never showed up. He lied that he arrived around 5:45 pm. I came early from the office because the time was 3:31-4:28, then time changed to around 4:30 to 5:40 pm. Then around 5:45 I got the text that he arrived. HE NEVER ARRIVED.It was ridiculous. I can't believe it's Sears which was the best in the nation. Nobody ever called me. There was no number where I could call. This is the shame. I rate Sears and the tech as zero and worst

Wayne is fine... I have a contract with First American Home Warranty (FAHW).who.gave me the phone number of Sears' appliance. For $60+ per month. I waited almost a week for Wayne to be dispatched, who arrived near the end of the 7AM to 6:PM window. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part expeditiously. I've had the part for 2 weeks. Since then, I've experienced THREE successive NO SHOWS from Sears. Each time I sat at home. At 72, every day matters. And I'd like to wash my clothes! After having called Sears' dispatch 3 times and getting nowhere, I decided to call FAHW so they could earn their fee. Worthless. Lots of happy words, promising to get after Sears, and get back to me right away - I'm still waiting. In advance of each no-show I recieved multiple emails from Sears confirming my (re)appointments, which were always on the following Wednesday - another week of waiting. Sears has a serious problem. No wonder they are nearly out of business. FAHW is probably history, and I will not accept Sears as a contractor going forward. Harsh? If 0-stars was an option, I'd have used it. My washer still doesn't work, and best case, I will still have to blow a 5th day waiting for the Maytag repair man (literally). A wise man once told me "He who waits, waits."

He came, he said the ticket wasn’t right. Would it do anything but try to get the ticket right. We offered to pay the $150 deductible that we had already paid the home warranty to him and he said, “no, the ticket has to be right.” He made some phone calls and suddenly my appointment was rescheduled for a week out from today and he left. He did nothing but waste my time. Unbelievable.this is a picture of him leaving after doing nothing. I was kind enough to block his head out.

Terrible experience! My refrigerator was not working properly and I made an appointment to have a tech come out. That part went great, easy to schedule tech arrived on time and determined that a part was needed. We ordered the part and it was expected to be delivered in a couple of days and the tech would return to complete the repair. After a couple of weeks with no update, I called Sears, not easy to get a human on the phone! I was told that due to supply chain issues my part was not available. No one had reached out or bothered to send an email. I requested a refund. I was told that the refund had been requested. Week later I call to follow up, another week later, I receive an email stating my part had shipped. I was livid! Called and asked how does something ship that was canceled 3 weeks ago? In the end I was told that the part was once again canceled, and my refund requested less the $99 service fee. Laughable, a service fee when they didn't have the consideration to contact me at any point, held my 472 dollars, for a month scratched my kitchen floor and I am still waiting for my money. I do not recommend at all, terrible customer service.
