The worst experience I’ve had with a service company. My home owner’s insurance assigned them to me to service my dishwasher. They were scheduled to come Monday. I waited all day without a phone call and then received an email that they closed my ticket because I didn’t answer my phone or the knock at the door. I have a doorbell camera and could see that no one approached my door. There weren’t any missed calls on my phone. The insurance provider forced me to reschedule with them again. Once again, today I waited all day only to receive no phone call and another email closing my ticket, but this time with the comment of “no parking available”. I would have given up my own parking space, but the technician couldn’t be bothered to call me. The technician assigned to me for both of my appointments was Tyrone P. Do better Tyrone. Some people take off work for these appointments and for this to happen twice in one week is honestly just the most ridiculous thing I’ve experienced in a long time.

1st tech came out, said I needed 2 parts, totaling around 120 dollars, ordered them and waited for another appt... 2nd visit was a different tech, said that wasn't the issue, that the other tech should have known better and all I needed was a 14 dollar part... ordered and rescheduled again... 3rd visit, different tech again... installed the 13 dollar part and washing machine worked... said he would return the parts, which he said came to 97 dollars. I said that's not what my receipt said, he's like well that's my total and that's what I'm getting back... over a month total, got ripped off and zero response from customer service

Experience was fraught with difficulties from initial service call throughout entire process which spanned from 9/9/24 through 10/4/24. Customer service is an oxymoron as there is no service Do not waste your money or time

The repair of my dryer was not completed in a timely manner. I had to wait weeks for parts. The technician came to put the new parts on the dryer and told me that I needed to have the lint and dust removed, but it will be additional charge. I agreed to have him vacuum out the lint since he's here. He left my exhaust hose just laying in back of my dryer. He could have told me that it was never attached correctly. He did a very poor job of vacuuming out the dust and lint. I tried to get Sears to have a technician come again to complete my dryer repair, but they insisted that I would have to pay again. I was very unsatisfied.

Technician didn't fix the issue and left. Microwave is still not working and not heating food. Also air vent is also not working.
