This guy didn't do what previous maintenance people did! He didn't lift up the top, nor did he pull it out to look for leaks. I was disappointed this this service.What happened to Sears Service men???

The service person did not seem at all familiar with our LG dryer. He spent half an hour looking on his digital device for directions. He diagnosed the problem after a while as a burnt out motor and a bad control board with an unreasonable price for repair, so we refused repair and replaced the dryer.
