I appreciate a call before a tech arrives so I have time to get home from my work. Today I got that call and was home before the technician arrived. Technician looked at all possible reasons why my fridge was not operating as it should and replaced the fan finally. While I've not always had a great experience with Sears Appliaince Repair, today I did. The technician was efficient and thorough. Kind and considerate.

I must admit I was skeptical at first, but I was pleasantly surprised because the technician was knowledgeable and very helpful. He fixed my dryer quickly and gave me some good tips, which he didn’t have to do. I could tell he has been doing this for many years as his experience was evident.
