John and his helper ere on-time, very nice and cleaned up after the repair. I have not tried the washer, but I am pleased with the the repair response and process.

I had maintenance service scheduled for some of my appliances. For the first time in over 8 years, I received a text informing me when the Technician will arrive and kept updating it too. I was told they would arrive at 5:15 then changed again to 6pm. I got a call from the Technician Malik that he was on his way at 2:15pm. He arrived shortly and was well mannered. He left an hour later after doing maintenance on 4 appliances. My biggest problem with Sears Repairs is that they are horrible when it comes to Communicating with the customer. I am hesitant about continuing my service with them.

John and his help, did a great job. Sears not very good in communication with the customers. You go to a autobot, and nothing happens. Customer service needs a overhaul asap.
