John was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the technical issue within 15 minutes. He cleaned the entire interior of the machine, replaced the broken part and explained how to avoid particular system failures in the future. DEFINITELY a 5-Star experience!

Wayne from Click, the service who checked my appliances said all are ok but the washer, it has a problem and I am set up for Wednesday 12/3/20, for Sears repair to come to my house between 1 and 5 pm to repair washer.
