.The service tech was awesome. However, I should not have had to call to see where the tech was. My appt was schedule 2 weeks ago for this morning between 8-12 noon. Not sure what happened. I am not a fan of having to call for service. The phone system is not working like it used to . If you are using AI, please stop and go back to live people who can follow directions and not cancel appt. This seems to be a problem just recently. My tech who came today and the tech who came 2 weeks ago were great and easy to talk to. Please consider putting people back to work and get customer service worked out with easy to follow prompts on the phone. I hope this improves.
