Sears was assigned to repair my refrigerator through American Home Shield. They text and email you the date and time frame of arrival in advance as well as the day before the appointment. The day of the appointment I received another notification when the technician was on the way. The Technician assigned to the repair was Ransford. He diagnosed the problem, ordered 3 parts, and said that he would be back in one week. He returned one week later and completed the repairs. Ransford was very professional. I felt he was knowledgable/confident and efficient/effective. I highly recommend Sears Appliance Repair.
