After several months of disappointment I finally found someone who took the time to care. I kept scheduling appointments & they keep on being canceled but not by me. After many hours of on the phone pleading for I got an appointment & it was Dontae. He is vert through he cared. He found the problem because he cared. so willing to help. He found the problem, explained it to me & ordered parts. Ge has to be an asset to Sears.whe the parts come I only want Dontea to repair. THANK YOU DONTAE FOR CARING

Ali was great, very knowledgeable, communicated well and explained everything he was doing and the results in a way that was easy to understand. Ali was polite, well spoken and very personable. If I could give him than 5 stars I would. My washer was not repairable but the service received from Ali was top notch.
