First all let me say Jeff did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem and resolving the issue. My parent's refrigerator/freezer has not worked properly in over 2 months. Repeatedly technicians have attempted to address the problem and it was futile. They have been so disappointed in the process. They are close to 90 years old and it has been heartbreaking to know that the problem was not resolved sooner. Thank God Jeff was available on a Sat. he was able to do what at least 4 others could not do.

Tech was good. However, this is the 6th time I've had to sit home for repairs. Obviously, the other 5 times were fruitless. If this repair fails, I would like to deem the refrigerator not repairable.

Jeff was very nice and polite and got the job done no thanks to your AI SYSTEM AND THE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE THAT ONLY reads from a script, lies too, keep rescheduling my service appointment and the fact that it took almost 2 months to fix my washing machine. Having me take off of work and nobody showed up and your company didn’t even bother to call just sent a text rescheduling it to another day is truly pathetic and unacceptable. I will never use SEARS AGAIN FOR ANYTHING AND I MEAN ANYTHING I HAVE PUT THE WORD OUT ON MY JOB AND SOCIAL MEADA ABOUT YOUR LACK IF CUSTOMER SERVICE. ONE WEEK I WAS RESCHEDULED 4days in a row. Which is trifling at its best. Your company needs to come up with a better way because AI FOR YAH IS NOT IT. YOUR COMPANY WENT TO AI SO THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY INDIVIDUAL AND TO NOT HAVE SUPERVISORS FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS AGAIN UNACCEPTABLE AT ITS BEST.
