Super friendly visit today. But, the first guy that came over several weeks ago (Tyrone) Gave me the wrong advise thus costing me money and time that did not fix my problem. Not happy about that.

The customer service provided by Jeffrey was exemplary!!! This situation has been an issue for months now and in one visit, Jeff not only diagnosed the issue but fixed it on the first attempt. I still may have to replace the fridge but, the issue has been successfully diagnosed and addressed!!! If I ever have to call on Sears again, my hope is that Jeff will be the tech they send from now on.

Technician is very professional and able to fix the appliance in timely manner. But scheduling and messaging using AI has a big space for improvement. I got the message that the technician is coming in the morning but actually coming early evening instead.
