Sears tech (Jeffery who actually ordered the parts) was awesome ,he got the work done in record time ,and my dryer is now working as of today. However my experience with Sears has been a disaster ,as I have been rescheduled for service even though all parts were delivered to my home 3 1/2 weeks ago since 06/18/2025. Rescheduled dates from Sears are as follow: 6/18, 6/27 ,6/30 ,7/1 ,7/2 ,7/3 ,7/8 ,7/11 ,and today (7/16work completed) Between my wife and I we had to take off from work each time ,only for Sears to send another text "Rescheduled Appointment" This is unacceptable service from the Sears Co. The 5 Stars are only for Jeffery service ,and not Sears Co, as I am very much displease with the overall scheduling and rescheduling process I encountered with Sears.
