Professional, friendly, timely, smart! John is awesome! We live in an old row home with very skinny doorways. They don’t make dryers 25 inches deep anymore. If we had to get a new one, we would’ve had to get one of those small portable or stackable ones which we didn’t want. John was able to quickly assess what was wrong with the dryer, explain to me what was needed, and fix it. All within about 30 minutes. Would absolutely recommend! You can tell he knows his stuff! Just used Sears again for another appliance repair. Faramarz was timely + smart. Super nice guy who knew exactly what he was doing. We also used Sears to repair our dryer. I love the text updates that continually upload and refresh the approximate arrival time. My initial appointment was between 8a-12noon. The Sear’s tracking system allows me to see how many stops are before me + updates the technician’s approximate arrival time. It’s fantastic! Will definitely use sears REPAIR services in the future if needed.
