I like the fact I can click on the link texted to me and get a better idea of when the technician will be arriving. I'm not sure if washer is doing ok, since he thinks it was using 3 pods, should use only 2. So we will see if it leaks more later.

I WAS CANCELLED 2 TIMES BECAUCE I DIDNOT CONFIRM. HAHA. THIS NEV E HAPPENED IN THE PAST. WHEN YOU REARRANGE YOUR LIFE TO MEET THE REPAIR PERSON AND RECIEVE THRIR CALL BEFORE HAND. THEN ONTHE THIRD TIME A WONDERFUL PERSON ARRIVED , BUT HE WAS A REFRIDERSTOR MAN . NEVER THELES HE WAS VERYSMART AND FIXED MY AIR CONDISINOR .HE HADYO LEAVE AND BUY STUFF TO FIX IT.
