Jeff was so nice. He called me to communicate his schedule and approximate arrival time. He put on his shoe covers even thought I told him don't worry about them. He also finished the work so quickly. He was just so nice.

Thank you Sears Appliance Repair -Jeffrey B. For refrigerator repair. The power loss problem is finally resolved (appliance is under service contract -but repaired 3x by other company’s). Even a recent power outage -no impact on the refrigerator. I highly recommend Jeffrey B. Thank you
