I had 2 different service men out. The first who was a independent 3rd party contractor who was awful He said I needed a transmission & 3 hours of work and was to busy to do, the person from Sears said it was a common piece that breaks, took 30 minutes and was done. Both days someone had to take off work and the first man was here less than 10 minutes and did not seem to care. The Sears person was great. From now on I will state on the phone "I want a real Sears repair person", not a 3rd party worker hired by Sears to do overflow jobs.

They went to my mother's house to replace the pump on her washer. She was very pleased that she had no further problem.

In and out quickly. Very professional and thorough. Took time to explain things. Made note that if this didn’t solve the issue they might need to replace the pump. Will know after running a few loads.
