I won't ever put off calling Sears for a repair again. The tech came when he said, and called me ahead of time so I'd know exactly when to expect him. He was polite & pleasant, knew what he was doing, had brought the parts, worked quickly, and then tested the washer thoroughly to see if there were any other problems. Great service!

Aside from not receiving a message about being late, everything was A-OK.

Couldn't be more pleased with the gentleman that came to my house. Called ahead to let me know he was on the way, explained as he was repairing,and very friendly. I will be using Sears repair company again for all my appliances.

Great job! the technicians came on time, were courteous and professional and explained what they found. They had replacement parts on the truck and were able to install them right then and there. They offered to check out the dryer at the same time, which saved me a potential future service call. I have already recommended them to friends and family for this job, and expect to call them in the future for another job I have in mind.
