The repairman was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired the problem with little difficulty. He kept me updated throughout the process. He came within the expected time frame. Sears notified me when he was on his way. I am quite pleased with the service and will definitely use it again.

Technician was prompt,courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time to diagnose the problem and repaired the dryer.Approximately a week later the same Tech. returned to repair the washer. Again he was prompt,etc. . The problem was a five cent piece between the tub and the mechanism.

I don't believe the tech was familiar with the oven. When I requested him to check the temperature for even heating, he stated he did not have a thermometer.

Prompt efficient and reasonably priced. Best of all they came to us. No need to drag a huge snow thrower to a repair shop and then have to pick it up again.
