THE MEN WERE EFFICIENT AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO MOVE OUT THE DRYER TO ACCESS WHAT THEY WERE FIXING, WHICH SAVED THEM TIME. AS OF TODAY THE WASHER IS WORKING WELL. THANK YOU
