The techs were very pleasant and professional. They took time to assess the repair, describe their plan and the steps to make the repair, and proceeded to disassemble the dryer, remove the worn bearing and associated parts, install the new bearing and associated retainers and bearing mount, and reassembled the dryer, after cleaning the interior and all of the interior components to remove any lint present. They then tested the dryer to make sure it was in working order prior to cleaning up the work area, gathering their tools and heading off to their next repair. Overall, great job.
