Alex did a fantastic job. He showed me what was wrong with the heating element and then went above and beyond to show me how to clean out the lint that built up inside the dryer which was great since it’s a fire hazard. Thank you again. Sears Home Services is the best!

The technician was knowledgeable and quickly evaluated and fixed my oven. He had my oven fixed in about 30 minutes and tested it before he left.

The service technician repaired our refrigerator. While I do appreciate his professional demeaner, he could have spent a few extra minutes on the cleanup after the work was completed.

Our technician was great, he fixed our dryer and its running very good. I would recommend a more realistic window for techs to come out. We were given a window of 8-3pm and the tech arrived after that window and waiting the entire day.
