Great experience and knowledge and good customer service. However the only concern and issue I have is one of the service Technicians should have known better to pour the excess dirty water that was removed from the wash machine repair. I expected that he would use the toilet or outside to dispose of the water, however he used the bathroom sink to dispose of the water. But overall two good that was very professional and knowledgeable. Great work done!

The service appointments could be better because it took almost two months before my refrigerator was repaired and I rescheduled several times but it finally got repaired today.So I'm happy about that. The technician was very helpful and professional.

Tech, Darius, was GRWEAT at explaining the issue and that a plumber was needed not a appliance repair person. He answered my questions and sent me pictures. Sears was very DIFFICULT to deal with as it was all AI and no live person could be reached. When getting updated from the tracking system, it said that our tech was arriving between 10:15 am and 10:58 am. At 11:30 am and no tech, I tried reaching out to Sears' help number, but it kept cycling me into the AI and saying the only update was that the tech was arriving at 10:18am. It was 11:30 am. We are doomed if AI is going to be in charge! I did not use Sears directly. This was the vendor selected through American Home Shield. Another story on that Co.
