My refrigerator has s still not fixed.

Do not recommend. I've had to reschedule my appointment 4 different times because they will not come. They don't call or text that they are not coming so you waste your whole day waiting. One of the times the tech sent his helper to my house to take a picture of my door, where he didn't knock it anything. My ring went off so I went outside and he told me the tech said he wasn't coming and he didn't know why. 2 mins later I got a message saying that they showed up and I wasn't home to do the repair. So they lied to their company about even coming to my house. I don't even do reviews but beware. My washer has been broken for almost 3 months at this point. I will be telling my home warranty that I no longer want them to do any work at my house after this Also don't even think calling them will help. They are an ai only service department and you can't get a good of a single human. Ai only is the absolute worst customer service option. Edit: They have now no called no showed on my schedule service time 5 times. They are now not letting me reschedule my appointment even though I have been available for every single appointment. Got a text today saying if I don't reschedule they are cancelling my service request. Tried texting, tried online, and tried to call and it all of them say it's unavailable to reschedule and to try the other options. Seriously can't condem this company enough.

Worst service company i am used. (A) They give appointment time which need me to be at home for whole day wasting my entire day. (B) No customer service. They say they use AI. Useless and not helpfull. (C) They never a able to fix the issue at first or second time. They need more then 3 visits and still does not fix the issue (D) they dont text or let us know when they about to come and dont call when they at home.

If I could give them a zero, I would give them a Zero. They have horrible customer service and utilize AI to bypass speaking to a customer in person. I ended up getting no service although I was supposed to get a refrigerator/freezer repair

The worst customer service experience you will ever have. Technicians will be late if they show up at all. Absolutely zero chance of talking to a live representative. All AI driven with no accountability.

John closed my ticket without even coming into my home

Ice marker part replaced - still no ice.

The technician didnt have everything he needs so all he was manage to do is check to see if the outdoor unit is working or not. Now i have to wait for another appointment to get whats needed.

I would give 0 stars to Tariq R, Sears home services and Choice home warranty if I could. Technician stopped at the property, but left without assessment or evaluation claiming that somebody was already working on HVAC. Even in the receipt says customer declined which is an absolute lie. Unbelievable! They failed to fix the AC in the middle of July. Unacceptable.
