Technician arrived on time, polite, friendly. Communicated the issue and remedy. Would use this service again. Chose not to fix oven, but replace due to cost and how old the unit is.

Well, the unit is probably 20 years old or more, so we were hoping it would be replaced. I don’t think it cleans as well as it used to. But, we’re glad it finally is operational.
