The technician was very well experienced in working with the refrigerator. He knew what screws to unscrew and what wires and hoses needed repair. This knowledge allowed him to work effectively and efficiently.

I like the fact I can click on the link texted to me and get a better idea of when the technician will be arriving. I'm not sure if washer is doing ok, since he thinks it was using 3 pods, should use only 2. So we will see if it leaks more later.
