This guy was great. Very folksy and honest about the complexity of the problem and the fact that if he couldn't find a workaround, I might need a new transmission. However, he figure out how to fix the disconnected area of the forward-reverse mechanism -- which just a simple metal rod and nut and bolt. It now seems to be working perfectly. Great guy to have on your team. :)

Technician was courteous.... although he was late he apologized for that when he called and when he got there. He was knowable went straight to work.... Didn't take him long at all. He got the job done and apologized again for the lateness and was gone.
