Technician was prompt,courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time to diagnose the problem and repaired the dryer.Approximately a week later the same Tech. returned to repair the washer. Again he was prompt,etc. . The problem was a five cent piece between the tub and the mechanism.

I don't believe the tech was familiar with the oven. When I requested him to check the temperature for even heating, he stated he did not have a thermometer.

Prompt efficient and reasonably priced. Best of all they came to us. No need to drag a huge snow thrower to a repair shop and then have to pick it up again.

The repairman was expert, kind and courteous, and very thorough, I recommend using this service if your looking for appliance repair and afraid of being ripped off like me.
