I had one tech come out to see what parts were needed and get them ordered and a different tech to fix the issue when the parts came in. Both were fantastic! Personable and professional. I would recommend this service repair shop to anyone.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. He diagnosed the problem and returned with the new part ( a new ice maker) when he said he would. He called ahead to let me know when he would be there. One of the better experiences I have had with Sears appliance/maintenance.

Got the initial appointment the day after I went on line to request it. Technician was on time and fixed the problem quickly. Very good service.

Repairman arrived at the very beginning of the time suggested for him to arrive. It was nice not to have to waste half of the morning waiting for the repairman. . The repair was done quickly.
