The technician was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. He diagnosed the problem and returned with the new part ( a new ice maker) when he said he would. He called ahead to let me know when he would be there. One of the better experiences I have had with Sears appliance/maintenance.

Got the initial appointment the day after I went on line to request it. Technician was on time and fixed the problem quickly. Very good service.

Repairman arrived at the very beginning of the time suggested for him to arrive. It was nice not to have to waste half of the morning waiting for the repairman. . The repair was done quickly.

Service tech was very friendly and fixed the problem with our oven in no time. Cleaned up the little mess that was made and got us the best deal on the part that was needed. Very professional.

I had 2 different service men out. The first who was a independent 3rd party contractor who was awful He said I needed a transmission & 3 hours of work and was to busy to do, the person from Sears said it was a common piece that breaks, took 30 minutes and was done. Both days someone had to take off work and the first man was here less than 10 minutes and did not seem to care. The Sears person was great. From now on I will state on the phone "I want a real Sears repair person", not a 3rd party worker hired by Sears to do overflow jobs.
