Please be sure the homeowner or renter is NOWHERE near the technician while he is working. There was some sort of backfire from the oven which took the hair off of the renter's arm and eyebrow which should not have happened if the renter should never have been that close to the appliance for this to have happened. That is the job of the technician

When cleaning up, I only found the one old pump and one box for that new pump. Did not find the other old pump or other box for the second new pump. Where was the 2nd old pump discarded?

Service tech did a good job, but he should be provided with a better service kit. A large pad to put down before disassembly, a magnetic tray to hold screws and parts, lubricant for the rollers, etc. The service was scheduled a week before with a complete description of what was needed, but no parts were sent, so he had to order them and return a week later. The parts should have been on the truck before he came the first time. He made two trips instead of one and we had to wait around twice for the service. This should and could have been handled in one service call. This is a management problem, not the tech's fault.....

The gentleman did the best that he was able to do . WHY??? would you send someone that works on refrigerators , too work on my dryer ???!!! He did not understand himself, why he got the service call !!!
