The technician was experiencing a very very long day but he was very professional all the same. My dryer had stopped working several weeks ago, but when he turned it on, it worked! Even so, he took the time to inspect the dryer thoroughly and saw no issues.

The technician was fine. He didn't put the drawer back properly.I tried to fix it, I couldn't. I hit my leg on it. Please have someone come and fix this.
