My experience was great. It was time for maintenance check up on my Kenmore Water tank. I panic when they said window between 8-5. Saifudin S called and arrived around 10:45. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I always ask many questions . He was comfortable and answered all. A great visit and check up for my appointment. Thank you for your time.

Our technician, Fardeen B. was excellent - he arrived early, was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. He immediately determined it was our electrical wall outlet that was the problem - because there was no power to the garbage disposal unit. The grinder plate was free and moved easily. Happy with everything except the quote was for $129 and the charge ended being $160. Not the technician’s fault - he was onsite < 20 minutes.
