HVAC AC unit no additional fee maintenance check and fee charged service appointment. Tech Called to inform of arrival for maintenance check. Arrived on time, was professional and courteous and diagnosed issue. Second appointment scheduled. Tech (same person) called in advance and arrived in timely manner. Was polite and courteous. Repaired the issue. I don't understand why Sears does not allow the tech to diagnose any issues and do any needed repairs in one visit. The only reason I can come up with is there is no fee charged for the maintenance check but a fee is charged if a second appointment is needed for a repair. That is not a technician issue, it's a Sears policy issue.

I loved how Aaron was in contact with me every step of the way during the big window range appointment and when he was on his way he reached out and so did the app to provide a more precise time of arrival. The contractor was in and out. Thank you!
