Tech was very professional

I love my technician guy he is the best outstanding work, I wish I could keep him. But the company is not the same. Customer Service is not great at all. Some of them need to have training all over again. I spoke. to several people before I could get my problem corrected. It was the worth nightmare. Thank you so much, my tech person.Great job i'm going to truly miss you.

Extreme pleasant and technician definitely did what he knew to do..I felt very safe being home alone with him. I was serviced greatly and after he talked with me about the seats homes warranty.. I knew it would have been to my advantage to get the seats home warranty.
