The technician was great! But scheduling and dealing with foreign help desk that are not fully aware of the operations and customer experience here leaves a lot to be desired.

My AC has not been working for sometime now, but today Tuesday, July 30, 2024, its finally fixed! My Technician (sorry, I forgot his name) was the best, very knowledgeable, looked over all the possible issues, and found the problem right away!! I thank him so much for being an excellent employee!! I've had this problem for almost a month!! On July 16, 2024, My Technician called before coming to my home, stated: that he was in a rental truck and may not have all the tools he needed. If nothing else, why didn't at least have what was needed to work on AC units.?. Every job I've ever had, every one! The employee is to check his/her truck (if driving) tools and equipment... "BEFORE" leaving the site, to ensure you are ready for the job!! The ball was surely dropped that day. Since than, I had a Technician lie, said he was at my home, had a picture of my door (which was the same one he used before). While the whole time, I was sitting on the couch, looking out my bay window, waiting for him. I was not sure I wanted to be a customer anymore, but this Technician may have changed my mind.
