My tech was very knowledgeable but he know, I know and American Homeshield knows you can't continue to put a bandage on something that's been broke four (4) times..same problem. FRIDGE IS OLD AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED..FALSE ADVERTISEMENT..IF WE CAN'T FIX IT WE'LL REPLACE IT...4 techs in $100 each time...WHEN.? I almost brought a new fridge..PROBLEM STILL NOT RESOLVED AND IM NOT BEING REIMBURSED FOR SPOILED FOOD..PLEASE SHARE CUZ THE TRUTH NEEDS TO BE. TOLD.
