James called ahead for expected arrival time each service date. He was very professional and personable. The initial diagnostic visit, he had a pro opinion, but thoroughly checked the entire appliance for function. He found only one part was disfunctional, ordered the part to my house and quickly completed the repair the next week. I highly recommend him

Technician was very nice and professional. He repaired the dryer using the part he ordered. They only delay in getting the dryer repaired was that the confirmation text went to my spam which caused a reschedule. I realized this after the initial repair appointment. If the confirmation can be done by email or another method that may be helpful.

First appointment was canceled later than time slot given. Lost a day. Second appointment was also later than window. Third appointment was also later, but Tech called my cell to keep me updated. We could never talk to a live person about scheduling or any follow up! I did speak to a woman who gave me a number to call... but it put me back in Voice mail heck. My Dad worked for Sears for 20 yrs, so i try to be loyal to the brand. I expected way more than A I controlling the need for human interaction. Over $550 for a small fan replacement was a bit high for the service rendered. Plus the 2 days lost to waiting after the given time slot arrival was very unprofessional. I did NOT take this out on the Tech, not his fault. But his bosses ought to take this post to heart and make changes to the system. The process needs to change so that customers ac communicate with a live person who understands the service business. The missed appointment on Tuesday should have resulted in a discount for lost time. The proper way to do customer service.

I asked at the beginning of scheduling my appointment if I could pay cash, and was told YES! That was not the case when the time came to pay. The Technician was great! Just be more mindful of the info given when scheduling.

I tried to contact the local shop using the phone number on Google Maps to schedule an appointment . Instead, I got a Chatbot who told me to schedule an appointment with the local shop phone number. Useless

Paul was the technician Fixed the washer pump issue and pushed the washer too far back and cracked the hose Had no replacement so he glued and taped it up and left Never offered to come back and replace the cracked hose later said it should be fine 😡 Made a huge mess with water on the floor Very unprofessional and not quality work
