After having a new person come to take a look, I had a part replaced and I’m hopeful that this will fix the issue that did not get fixed the first time! Sears really went out of their way to make this right and I appreciate that!

Very conscientious of his work. The only complaint I have is not against him it is against Sears itself. I can’t get a human to talk to me. And that makes me mad. I am owed money and I need to turn in for food loss. No human voice ever. I hate AI
