Shyheim showed up today to fix my dishwasher. He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and funny! He took his time going through the cycles , testing this and looking at that, not to find anything wrong! Whatever was going on with my dishwasher a couple of weeks ago, wasn't showing up tonight but you know what? It's all good! At least I know there's nothing wrong and Shyheim definitely put me at ease because he took his time to make sure that he tried it all before he left. I appreciate him for that!

Honesty, fast and efficient services. Thanks for the services though it took so long for me to have the services. But however be the case I want to thank Sears services for rescheduling the service to a closer date which was today. Great professional experience. The technician Barry explained what he saw and what he was doing. He gave us useful advice on general maintenance and customer upkeep. He spent a good deal of time diagnosing and checking while getting the icemaker working again. A model/example for others to follow. He is professional top grade.
