Shyheim was my technician. He was respectful, diligent, and highly competent. Unfortunately, my repair required three visits and Sears process of analyzing the problem, ordering replacement parts, and rescheduling services is very efficient and required minimal actions on my part. Shyheim was in and out of my house in less than a half hour on each visit, including one visit on a Saturday. Sears' SMS communication allows customers to select convenient appointment times. He highly encouraged me to call if any other issues popped up or if I had any questions.

Michael called ahead, arrived when he said, explained the problem and the solution, conducted himself professionally, performed the repair competently and efficiently, and was in and out in about 30-45 minutes. I am pleased with the service.
