Honesty, fast and efficient services. Thanks for the services though it took so long for me to have the services. But however be the case I want to thank Sears services for rescheduling the service to a closer date which was today. I promise to refer my friends and family to subscribe for their home appliance repairs with Sears. THANKS !!!!

Great professional experience. The technician Barry explained what he saw and what he was doing. He gave us useful advice on general maintenance and customer upkeep. He spent a good deal of time diagnosing and checking while getting the icemaker working again. A model/example for others to follow. He is professional top grade.

Mike was great! He called before arriving, and he completed the diagnose of a couple problems we had. He took time looking over the fridge and did a great job trying to find if there was more than one issue we needed resolved. He ordered the part and scheduled another visit to repair the ice maker. He arrived and had the fridge fixed quickly!
